This game pushed even the highest end GPUs to the ground back in the day and the fact that it ran on an Xbox One S was surprising and daring none the least, but it was a blurry spectacle of graphics and story telling that now begs us the question of how well does it run on new hardware with the advent of the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles? Also let us answer the question of Quantum Break Xbox Series X FPS count.
Look first let me tell you that sadly Quantum Break never got an Xbox Series X update and more than likely it wont be getting one anytime soon or ever. The game did get an optimized for Xbox One X update back in the day so we are getting something nice to boot on the new Xbox Series X, but we dont yet have any signs of anything that will make Quantum Break Xbox Series X FPS go up to 60 FPS from the current 30 FPS.
The game was able to run at 1440p on the Xbox One X at 30 FPS and the Xbox One S running at a blurry, sad, 720p at 30 FPS which is what the Xbox Series S will be running at. We are not getting anything higher in resolution from that console. We are getting drastically shorter loading times and more stable 30 FPS, but that is about it on the Xbox Series S.
The Xbox Series S will need an optimized for Xbox Series X update to hit the game in order to bring any kind of improvements to the game besides maybe an FPS Boost update that, in my opinion, it is the best case scenario and all that Quantum Break Xbox Series X FPS needs in order to reach legit levels on those consoles.
The Xbox Series X and Xbox One X versions of Quantum Break run at a good 1440p resolution and good enough 30 FPS that, if never updated, I think keeps the game performing well specially on the Xbox Series X with the shorter loading times and more stable FPS.
The dream would be that the game gets an optimized for Xbox Series X|S update, but at the very least it would be nice to see an FPS Boost update to bring in the 60 FPS dream.
To finish up Quantum Break Xbox Series X FPS count is 30 FPS and it will stay at that unless we see either an optimized for Xbox Series X update or FPS Boost update to the game.
