If you ever wanted to play dodgeball and got too old for it or don’t like getting hurt than Knockout City is a surprise super fun title from Ubisoft that has you playing dodgeball in a simple yet challenging gameplay. On Knockout City Performance Xbox Series X you will be getting the best performance, but don’t worry cause the Xbox Series S and older Xbox One consoles still pack a punch.
On the Xbox Series X we are getting a nice 60 FPS with 4K resolution and really fast loading times which it isn’t bad on the older Xbox One S and Xbox One X, but for sure it does make a difference still.
The Xbox Series S is looking good too at about 1080p with 60 FPS, but I’m not going to lie that I’m a bit surprised that it is not running the game like the Xbox One X at 1440p with 60 FPS. I assume it is due tot he nature of the game being high quality in textures and the art style is not to be jiudged as to the reason why it wouldn’t need much cause we know that just cause it is cartoony like graphics they can’t be demanding on the hardware.
It might just be optimizing issues, but at the same time the Xbox One S can run the game at 1080p resolution with 60 FPS and not many drops. I do see that the game does seem a tad bit less quality on the Xbox One S and that is why even though it is targeting the same resolution I believe it has to run lower texture quality and shadow settings as examples.
